Custom job process

Every custom job starts with you.  Your ideas, your dreams.  We'll talk materials and sizing, your goals and how we can make that happen.  From there, it's a matter of me coming up with a design that matches.  This might just be a simple drawing, or it might be CAD (computer aided design) drawings and 3D renderings.

Once you are happy with the plan, this now comes programming the machines to follow the plan.  This is known as CAM (computer aided machining).

With the secret sauce dialed in, I will prep the wood panels to be cut, or source the materials (acrylics, glasswear etc) to be machined.

This is where the machines work their magic.  Carving wood with precision, marking materials with lasers to display your messages or images.

Finally comes finishing.  Sanding to a buttery smooth feel, and treating them to protect that to give you a long lasting product.
